My day job is Chairman and CEO of Daylife. This is my third startup, after Firefly (acquired by MSFT) and the Accelerator Group (a venture firm). With stints at Microsoft, AOL, and Time Warner in between.

I'm a MIT Media Lab grad, and have guest lectured about entrepreneurship at the CUNY Graduate School of Journalism and New York University.

I also serve on the board of advisors for BrandKarma, Help Remedies, and BluWorld. And previously, for Treehugger (acquired by Discovery), Better Business Bureau Online, PeoplePC (acquired by EarthLink), MediaCode (acquired by Yahoo), RealNames, and InsightFirst (acquired by 24/7 RealMedia).
